Does LUMOS provide local warranty in Malaysia?
Yes, all LUMOS projectors come with a 1-year local warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We have dedicated service centers in Malaysia to ensure a smooth repair or replacement process.
How long does shipping take within Malaysia?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I connect my smartphone to the projector?
Absolutely. Our Smart versions come with built-in Wi-Fi and screen mirroring capabilities (AirScreen/Miracast), allowing you to cast your phone screen directly onto the projector without extra cables.
What is the return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products in original, unopened, and resalable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Do I need external speakers for the LUMOS projector?
LUMOS projectors are equipped with powerful built-in cinematic speakers. However, if you prefer an even more immersive experience, you can connect external soundbars or speakers via the 3.5mm audio jack or Bluetooth (on Smart models).
